Send Hail Verification or Wind Verification to an adjuster, the Date of Loss PDF when one date is in question, the Weather History when someone wants everything, and the Homeowner Storm Summary to a homeowner. All five come with every storm report, so the choice costs nothing.

Which PDF does an adjuster want?
A verification page. Adjusters read hail claims from a table of dates with hail at the property and within 1, 3 and 5 miles, the format the industry's verification reports have used for years, and the Hail Verification PDF follows it, with the date of loss highlighted. Wind claims get the same treatment in Wind Verification. Both fit on one page so they drop straight into a claim file. If the date itself is in doubt, add the Date of Loss PDF; verifying the date of loss explains how to read it.
Which PDF does a homeowner want?
The Homeowner Storm Summary. It says in one sentence how many times hail reached the home, shows the largest hail with its everyday name, rates the chance of roof damage as low, medium or high, maps the hail swath, and lists the strongest storms with a rating each. There are no distance tables. It carries your contact block in the header, so it works as a leave-behind or a follow-up email attachment. The damage chance is a likelihood from weather data; it says so, and an inspection confirms damage.
When is the full Weather History worth sending?
When someone needs the whole record: a property manager tracking a portfolio, an underwriter, or a dispute where every storm matters. It adds the summary cards, the wind and tornado table, and every storm day with its confidence and plain-English evidence, which is what makes it four to seven pages long.
Can the same PDF be sent with different details?
Yes. The weather data is fixed when the report is ordered, but the date of loss, claim number, insured name,
notes and branding are read from each download. Brand a PDF for one of your customers with
?brand= and their brand profile, or re-issue a Date of Loss PDF
for a new date, from the same $3 report. Every link is listed in the report's documents; see
storm report PDFs.
Frequently asked questions
Do the storm report PDFs cost extra?
No. All five come with every storm report, and each can be downloaded as often as you need.
Can I put my own logo on storm report PDFs?
Yes. They use the same branding as roof reports: your account defaults, a brand profile per customer, or one-off parameters on the link.
Why is the Date of Loss PDF unavailable on my report?
It needs a date of loss. Pass one when ordering or on the PDF link and it becomes available.
